During voter list revision work, it became clear that many citizens — particularly first-time voters — struggled to navigate official portals to find booth details, voter ID guidance, and election timelines. Information was scattered and often written in language that assumed prior familiarity with the process.

Solution Provided

An independent, bilingual (Tamil and English) Android app consolidating booth information, voter ID guidance, and the election calendar in one place, with a QR-based sharing tool so families could sync voting information across devices. Built as a pure awareness initiative — no personal data collection, no identity verification, no government affiliation claimed.

Results Achieved

Published live on the Google Play Store under core-features-free access. Recognised by Adyar Times (Feb 22–28, 2026) as a civic technology contribution to the community.

Client Challenge

Many people lack easy access to alcohol safety awareness information, hydration recommendations, symptom references, and emergency guidance in a simple mobile-friendly format.

Solution Provided

A mobile application combining a drink awareness calculator, hydration and recovery guidance, symptom awareness reference, and emergency assistance information into a single privacy-focused platform — no account registration required.

Client Challenge

Independent advocates and small legal practices needed structured case management — tracking matters, hearing dates, and documents — without the cost or complexity of enterprise legal software built for large firms.

Solution Provided

A private, access-controlled case management system: a case dashboard covering all active matters, a hearing calendar with deadline calculation, an encrypted document vault on Firebase Cloud Storage, and role-based access for one principal advocate plus two to three authorised staff.

Client Challenge

A Greater Chennai Corporation ward councillor's team had collected informal public perception survey data but needed it converted into a professional strategic document — one that clearly separated verified observation, respondent opinion, and strategic recommendation, and that could be read comfortably by both an analytical and a general audience.

Solution Provided

An internal strategy report styled after management-consulting deliverables, with careful, consistent source-labelling throughout. A second version was produced in everyday spoken-register Tamil rather than formal administrative Tamil, for accessibility. A separate photographic evidence booklet (90% photographs, 10% text) was also produced, documenting VAMBAY housing conditions for submission to senior government officials.

Structured research and source-labelling methodology, bilingual (English/Tamil) report writing, print-ready PDF production pipeline (Python), dashboard and SWOT visual design.

Client Challenge

A heritage eco-resort operator had a brochure-style presentation deck but needed formal, investor-grade documentation — capable of holding its own in front of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private equity investors considering an equity investment.

Solution Provided

The deck was rebuilt into a structured investment memorandum, including financial modeling and return projections, produced across multiple iterations through direct XML manipulation, python-pptx tooling, and LibreOffice rendering, with a numerically scored review process and visual verification before each delivery.
